Our menus marry unique modern Australian flavours, with inspiration from the legend himself, James Squire. Nestled on the Sydney Harbour, the waterfront views certainly enhance the ambiance of Squire's Waterfront Restaurant.
Our menus defy convention combining flavours that dare to challenge the ordinary. Upstairs, in our Restaurant, indulge in intricate dishes crafted from the freshest seasonal produce. Sharing is caring, and our restaurant menus reflect just that.

Set Menus
Available in our Restaurant as an option for groups of four or more, and required for groups of eight or more.
